Villa Patara

Villa Patara is located in the charming Gelemis Village, just 2 km from the famous Patara Beach of Kas. Villa Patara consists of 5 bedrooms and 2 separate kitchens in two different apartments in a row. Villa Patara, with its sheltered pool and garden not visible from the outside, offers a peaceful holiday opportunity against the unique view of Patara Beach.

Kitchen-1: The kitchen of our villa is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric water heater, built-in hob, microwave, oven, toaster, water dispenser, toaster, dining table and kitchen equipment for 8 people.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: On the 2nd floor, there is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table and bathroom-WC.

2. Bedroom: On the 2nd floor, there are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table and bathroom-WC (common use).

4. Bedroom: On the 1st floor, there is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table and bathroom-WC (common use).

5th Bedroom: On the 1st floor, there are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table and bathroom-WC (common use).

Pool Dimensions: Pool dimensions are 10 m x 4 m depth 1.50 cm. The pool terrace is sheltered and cannot be seen from the outside.

Note: For rentals shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1.250 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 1.500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
