Villa Naz Kalkan

Villa Naz, located in Kalkan-Kalamar, has four bedrooms for up to eight people. Our summer residence promises you a comfortable and luxurious holiday. The sea is only 70 meters away from the accommodation. Outside you will find a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds and dining area. 

On the ground floor there is a wonderful games room with air hockey, Playstation 4, table football and pro darts. You can also enjoy a table tennis table in the garden.

Living room: The kitchen, dining area and lounge merge in the spacious open plan living area.

Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped American kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc..

In total there are four bedrooms with bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds and bathrooms, in one of the bedrooms an additional Jacuzzi awaits you.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hair dryer, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.

NOTE: Our villa has pool heating and floor heating system. Pool heating fee is 8000 TL per week

Note :  A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights. 

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
