Villa Meryem lies high above Kalkan in the district of Kiziltas and spoils its guests with 3 floors and an elevator. The object is partially built of pine wood, offers space for 10 people and has 5 bedrooms with each its own bathroom.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-hob, electric kettle, toaster, 6-person dinner set and kitchen tools are available.

Lounge: Sea view lounge with seating group, plasma TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning, sink, iron and ironing board 6-person dining table and toilet.

 Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning, TV, iron, ironing board, wardrobe, chest of drawers, WC, bathroom.

 Bedroom 2; 2 single beds, air conditioning, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, WC, bathroom, balcony with sea view.

 Bedroom 3: double bed, air conditioning, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, WC, bathroom, whirlpool and balcony with sea view.

 Bedroom 4; 2 single beds, air conditioning, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, WC, bathroom and balcony with sea view.

 Bedroom 5; double bed, air conditioning, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, WC, Jacuzzi and balcony with sea view.

The rooms on the second and third floors of our villa offer a magnificent sea view from their balconies.

The villa is ideal for families, groups of friends and wedding parties.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, depth is 1, 40 meters.

NOTE:

A short stay fee of 1500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A securtiy deposit of TL 2000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
