Located in the Kalkan Üzümlü region, the 3-bedroom conservative honeymoon villa manages to fascinate its guests with its nature view. Featuring a sheltered pool terrace, Villa Matha offers a quiet and peaceful holiday away from everything. There is a private pool in the sheltered garden of our villa where you can cool off when you are overwhelmed by the heat. In addition, there is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms of our villa. Thanks to its sheltered location, Villa Matha is ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymoon couples. Our villa, which attracts admiration with its comfortable and aesthetic design, is waiting for you, our valued guests.

Kitchen: Large and spacious American style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pan, pots, fork and knife.

Living room: There is a modern and comfortable seating group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Garden: There is a pool sheltered from the outside, sun loungers, dining table and chairs, garden seating, swing, mini children's playground, pergola and barbecue.

Pool Dimensions: 8 Meters X 4 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

Children's Pool Dimensions: 2 Meters X 4 Meters, 0.30 Meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Matha is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken goods in the villa during the use. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
