Villa Masal Kaş, Kaş Our villa, located in Çukurbağ Region, has a modern and stylish design with 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people, intertwined with nature. There is a dining table where you can enjoy your meal on the large pool terrace, a garden set where you can watch the magnificent nature view, and a swing. You can enjoy a luxurious and enjoyable holiday in our villa, which is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

Kitchen : The fully equipped stylish and modern American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware, cooking tools and utensils.

Living Room : The living room with a stylish and modern design has a luxurious and comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning, internet, table football. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Note : A cleaning fee of 3.000 TL is required for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Masal Kaş is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The check-in time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
