Villa Marin

Villa Marin is an economical rental villa with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people comfortably, located close to the center of Kalkan, prepared for those who want to rent a villa in 2020. There is a special game room for our children.

Kitchen: American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.

Living Room: There are air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group and materials in the living room.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, toilet and jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning, dresser, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 6 meters x 4 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Weekly rental fee between 11 - 20 June is 11.200 TL.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Marin is 500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
