Villa Liya is a 2-bedroom villa with an accommodation capacity of 4 people, with a unique view of nature and the sea in the Kalkan Ordu region. This single-storey villa is located in a natural environment surrounded by magnificent sea views and offers an unforgettable holiday experience to its valued guests.

There are many facilities in the scenic garden of the villa. These include a pool, sun loungers, table tennis, swing, garden set, barbecue and dining table with a view. You can enjoy the sunset with your loved ones in the garden of Villa Liya. Inside the villa, it can be seen that modern design and wooden architecture are harmoniously blended. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi, making it an ideal option especially for honeymoon couples and conservative families.

Villa Liya is designed to meet the expectations of holidaymakers not only with its wonderful view but also with the facilities it offers. Here you can experience an accommodation in touch with nature and create unforgettable memories.

Kitchen: The spacious and modern designed American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen equipment and a dinner set for 6 people.
Living Room: The comfortable living room has a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 4 people, exit to the pool terrace and extra w/c.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters X 3.7 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : For rentals of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Liya is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
