Villa Larissa Kalkan

Villa Larissa, located in Kalkan Akbel was built in 2018. It has a comfortable and stylish design. In our villa there are two private pools with great views. The villa is particularly suitable for conservative families because it is completely protected.

There are five bedrooms with bathrooms. There are four bedrooms with double beds, one with a Jacuzzi and a bedroom with two single beds. In the open plan living area the kitchen, dining area and the lounge are merging.

Villa Larissa is located in a complex of 14 villas. Therefore, a great option for larger groups who want to spend the holidays in the same facility.

Parking is available.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 5 meters, depth of 1.50 meters.

The second pool in our villa measures 8 m. x 4 m. The depth is 0.95 m

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required.

• Pet fee is 1500 TL. Maximum 1 pet is allowed.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
