Villa Lalezar, located in the Kalkan Çavdır Region, with a 3-bedroom, 6-person accommodation capacity, is located in the nature, and at the same time, our villa with nature view is an ideal option for our guests who want a quiet and peaceful holiday away from the noise of the city. Our villa has many interesting features in terms of features. Villa lalezar has both an outdoor and indoor pool heating system. Among its features are its private garden, veranda, parking lot, sauna and hammam. Villa Lalezar is an ideal option for large families and groups of friends.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and dinnerware for 8 people.

Living Room: The living room has a pool and sea view, a seating group, a 6-person dining table, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2.500 TL is required for rentals under 7 nights.

When Pool Heating Fee is requested, 5.000 TL per week is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Lalezar is 2,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
