For rentals shorter than 7 nights in other months, a short stay fee of 2.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Kuzey Duo is 4,000 TL. The damage deposit is refunded upon receipt of your entry to the villa and when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken goods in the villa during the period of use. Transportation : Public transportation service cannot be provided to the city center of our villas. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can be supported by being a sales consultant. For our guests who prefer the airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share information and routes for our guests who can be reached by private vehicle.
