Villa Kiwi

Villa Kiwi was built in Kalkan Kördere Ordu Region with two bedrooms in 2021, and you can have a wonderful holiday with its private sheltered outdoor and indoor pools and a jacuzzi room with a magnificent view.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen of our villa includes a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Living room: Sitting group, TV, air conditioner, fireplace, coffee table and decoration materials.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: There is a 1.5 meter deep swimming pool with a size of 4 x 10 meters. In addition, there is a shallow pool of 2 * 4 meters and a children’s pool with a depth of 0.4 meters with a size of 2 * 4 meters.

Heated Pool Dimensions: 3 * 5 meters in size and 120 cm in depth. Optionally, the heating system is activated for 100 TL per day.

Garden: Private swimming pool, sun loungers, dining table and chairs, sitting group, table tennis and barbecue area.

NOTE :  For rentals of less than 7 nights, a Short Accommodation Fee of 2.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 7.500 TL is required before check-in for Villa Kiwi. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss or loss. Instead of 1,000 TL for your payment; It is possible for you to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros equivalent to this amount based on the current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00 in the afternoon. Our guests who will leave should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team enters the villa when our current guest leaves. From the departure at 10:00 until the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests coming by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we ask you to take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land or with their own vehicles, we send the location and directions, if requested, by us.
