Villa Katie is an authentic maisonette villa with two bedrooms for four people and only 50 metres from the sea. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate a fifth person. The unique location of the property combined with the fantastic panoramic views of Kalkan Bay and the stunning sunsets are simply amazing. 

All rooms, including the kitchen, have sea views and there is no disturbing building between you and the sea. The villa has a minimalist design. Wood tones and a very simple decoration contribute to a relaxing holiday. On three sides of the villa there are fragrant oranges and lemon trees in the garden.

Bedroom 1: attic with sea view. Double bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony.

Bedroom 2: attic with sea view. 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony.

The bathroom is also on the top floor and is shared.

Kitchen: Located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with fridge, oven, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table and access to the terrace.

The living area has comfortable seating, satellite TV, fireplace, WLAN and air conditioning.

There is a shared WC on the ground floor.

In the pool area there are showers and washbasins for shared use.

Note: A short stay fee of 1,000 TL is required for accommodation under 7 Nights.

Infinity pool: length: 8 meters, width: 4 meters. In the pool area you will find a stone grill, a shower, sunbeds and umbrellas.

Important note: Guests staying at Villa Katie can use the sun beds and parasols free of charge at Kulahana Beach, Kalkan Beach Park and Club Cherry. You will also receive a 15% discount on all meals and drinks.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 15:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
