Villa Karapınar, Our villa located in Üzümlü Village of Kalkan opens the doors of nature and peace to you. There are 3 bedrooms in our villa where you will breathe the clean air with your family. Suitable for Conservative Families.

Kitchen : With its wooden structure and especially its view, our villa, which is slightly out of modern lines, you will never want to leave its kitchen. In the kitchen of our villa; refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, dining table and chairs.

Living Room : In the living room of our villa, where you can spend pleasant times with your family, there is a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table and wireless modem.

Pool Dimensions : Outdoor Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE : A cleaning fee of 1.800 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is 400 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Karapınar is 1.000TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
