Villa İzo

Villa Izo is a 4 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Kördere. It has a magnificent sea and nature view. It is carefully decorated with modern and comfortable items. It has a large and spacious terrace. One bedroom has a jacuzzi.

Kitchen: Fully equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner and coffee table in the view room designed for your comfort.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3.5 meters X 2 meters, 90 cm deep.

NOTE: Indoor pool heating is included in the prices between 1 October and 15 May, and 800 TL per day is required for other times.

FOR RENTALS SHORTER THAN 7 NIGHTS, A SHORT ACCOMMODATION FEE OF 4.000 TL IS REQUESTED.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 3.000 TL is required prior to entry for Villa Izo. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss or loss. Instead of 1000 TL for your payment; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each villa from 16:00 in the afternoon. Our guests who will leave must check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team enters the villa when our current guest leaves. From the departure at 10:00 until the new entrance at 16:00, our villa will be completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests coming by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we ask you to take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental may request support from our sales consultants. For our guests coming by land or with their own vehicles, location sending and directions are made by us if requested.
