Villa Isabel

Villa Isabel is a newly built luxury villa near the centre of Kalkan. It is suitable not only as a holiday home, but also as a very comfortable permanent residence.

The garden and pool area will enchant you with an oriental atmosphere and is completely protected from view. The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of shade in summer and is ideal for relaxed afternoons far away from curious looks.

The house has a large living / dining and kitchen area with an open fireplace. Another room on the ground floor can be used as an additional bedroom or as a study/television room.

The first floor has three bedrooms, each with its own balcony. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with Jacuzzi, while the other two bedrooms share a large bathroom.

The second floor has a spacious attic room which is ideal as a games and hobby room or an occasional bedroom and also offers plenty of storage space. The doors open onto a large roof terrace with spectacular views of Kalkan Bay and the harbour. On this level there is an adjoining room with water connections for a washing machine.

The accommodation is bright and airy. The floors of the villa are travertine marble and the materials used are very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all amenities.

Villa Isabel is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan, but in a quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the harbour.

Note: 1.300 TL short accommodation fee is requested for 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of 150 pound will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
