Villa Hira

Villa Hira is a rental villa for 8 people with sea view located in Kalkan Kördere Region. It has a spacious garden with an infinity pool and a pool terrace. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones on the terrace. It is carefully decorated with modern and comfortable furniture and all details are considered. Villa Hira includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The entrance left is quite spacious and wide and there is a kitchen, dining table, sitting area and table football, table tennis.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and 6-person dinner set.

Living Room: The lounge, which has a view of the pool and the sea, has a sitting group, dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom : There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 14.5 meters X 3.5 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions : 5 meters X 3 meters, 1.10 meters deep.

Note : For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Hira is 5000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
