Villa Havanas

Villa Havanas is a 2-bedroom villa for rent in the nature, located in Kalkan Bezirgan Region, with an accommodation capacity of 5 people. The interior of our villa is decorated with modern and comfortable furniture, there are 2 double and 1 single beds, and all the details have been considered for a pleasant holiday. The garden of Villa Havanas is large and spacious, there are swings, table tennis, garden furniture, a barbecue area and a children's pool. At the same time, the garden and the pool terrace are sheltered with fences. It is an ideal option for honeymooners, families of 5 and groups of friends.

Kitchen : Full-equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room : The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom : There is a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 12.5 m length, 7 m width depth 1.50 m
Children's Pool : 2 x 2 m, depth 90 cm

Note : A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED DURING BUSINESS HOURS ON THE SAME DAY OF THE GUEST'S DEPARTURE. DUE TO THE DAMAGES LEFT IN OUR VILLAS LAST YEAR, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT GUESTS WHO DO NOT ACCEPT THIS.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for the Villa Havanas is 4.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information : New guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time is 10.00 in the morning in each of our villas. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
