Villa Güney, 2 bedroom conservative honeymoon villa located in the district of Yeşilköy, Kalkan. It is located in nature and has a sheltered pool terrace. It has been carefully designed with comfortable items. One bedroom has a jacuzzi.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in 4-stove, microwave oven, hood, kettle, 4-person dining table and chairs, 4-person dinner set, pans, pots, fork, knife, etc. are available.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, air conditioning, TV and satellite receiver, wireless internet, exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9.5 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.750 TL is required for accommodation under 7 Nights.

Pool Heating Fee is 1.000 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Güney is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
