Villa Gaia

Villa Gaia is a 6 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Kalamar area. Renovation has been completed in 2020, and there are 3 different jacuzzis, sports equipment, billiards and a tennis table in the villa. Offering large green areas, the villa can be rented with Villa Adalar for more crowded groups and the capacity can be increased up to 22 people.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen with sea view on the pool floor, refrigerator, dishwasher, water dispenser, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, 4-hob, 10-person dinner set, pans, pots. and cutlery.

Hall: The air-conditioned raft has sea and nature views. The living room has a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver and modem for internet. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool side.

1st Bedroom: The room on the ground floor has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, dresser, private bathroom and toilet. It has a garden terrace.

2nd Bedroom: The room on the ground floor has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, dresser, private jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It has a garden terrace.

3rd Bedroom: The room on the 2nd floor has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

4th Bedroom: The room on the 2nd floor has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, private jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

5th Bedroom: The room on the 3rd floor has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, private bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

6. Bedroom: The room on the 3rd floor has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, private bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

Pool Dimensions

It is 9 meters x 5 meters wide and 1.70 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 5000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
