Villa Gabriella

VillaGabriella, a sheltered accommodation for conservative families is located in Kalkan-Akbel. This villa is built above Kalkan and has an excellent, quiet location with views to Kalkan and the sea. Villa Gabriella has 2 spacious bedrooms, suitable for up to 4 people.  It is particularly suitable for honeymooners and lovers.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.

Living room: air conditioning, coffee table, satellite TV, WLAN modem. Access to the pool terrace.
In the fully equipped modern kitchen there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a built-in oven, a microwave and a stove,

Our villa has a pool terrace, a private pool, sunbeds, parasols, a dining table, chairs and a BBQ.

Swimming Pool: Width: 3.60 m.  Length: 7.50 m, depth: 1.48 m / non-swimmers area: 3.50 m x 2.50 m

The entire outdoor area is protected from prying eyes from the outside.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

• Pet fee is 2.000 TL. Maximum 1 pet is allowed.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security, for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
