Villa Fia, located in Kalkan-Kördere, enchants you with an exquisite view. It has two bedrooms, a private pool and is an ideal holiday home for couples on their honeymoon. The villa consists of two floors and offers space for four people, who can enjoy the breathtaking view over the sea and want to share these special moments with their loved ones.

Our villa is ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples who value privacy. The wonderful view accompanies you from the living area, bedrooms and pool terrace.

In the pool area you will find a shady pergola, table and chairs, BBQ, parasols and sun loungers.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with sea view. Wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds with sea view. Wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and bathroom.

Living area: sea view. modern and comfortable suite and armchairs, tables and chairs, air conditioning, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and WLAN. There is access to the pool terrace. Guest WC. 

Kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc..

Swimming Pool: There is a private pool with beautiful sea views and measures 6m x 4m. The depth is 1,50 m.

Note: A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for accommodation under 7 Nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
