Villa Erdem Bezirgan is a villa located in the Bezirgan region of Kalkan, offering a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. The villa has a double bed and jacuzzi in the master bedroom, and three separate single beds in the other bedroom. The villa, equipped with a private swimming pool and a children’s pool, has a pool area and terrace that are not visible from the outside, making it an ideal holiday opportunity for conservative families. In addition, the villa has its own private outdoor parking lot. Villa Erdem Bezirgan is ready to host guests looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday amidst natural beauty.

NOTE: Villa Erdem Bezirgan is close to the main road and has a 100-meter stabilized road.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will make you feel like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is one double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There are three single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9.5 meters x 3.75 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 2 meters x 11 meters wide, 0.45 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 1,750 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit amount for Villa Erdem Bezirgan is 2,500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
