Villa Emir

Villa Emir, Kalkan Kalamar bay, our luxury villa with sea and city views was completed in 2019 and started to welcome its guests. This villa, which has a private swimming pool where 6 people with 3 bedrooms can easily accommodate, can be rented with Villa Eliz, which is a twin villa for your family and crowded groups on the pool terrace, and the accommodation capacity is up to 12 people.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, quadruple stove, oven, toaster, dining table, 10-person dinner set and exit per pool.

Living room: In the hall of our villa there is air conditioning, TV, sitting group, coffee table, wifi and exit per pool.

1. Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, nightstand, vanity table, bathroom and sink.

2. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and sink.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and sink.

Pool Dimensions: 8 Metra X 4 Meters, 1.60 Meters deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
