Villa Efeoğlu, Villa Efeoğlu, the rental honeymoon villa located in the Gemicik region of Kaş, close to Patara Beach; It is among our economical villas where you can relax in nature, away from the noise and chaos of the city, with the wonderful nature view and the smell of pine trees. There is 1 bedroom and our villa, which can accommodate 2 people, has a jacuzzi and a garden pergola. The pool terrace is also sheltered, ideal for honeymooners and conservative families.

Villa Efeoğlu is 7 km away from Kalkan center and about 10 minutes away from Patara Beach by car.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen section, it offers electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room: In the modern and comfortable living room, there is a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

1st Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, Air Condition, Wardrobe, Dresser, TV, Make-up Table, Jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Note:

A short stay fee of 1.250 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Efeoğlu is 2.500 TL. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
