Villa Cina Kalkan

Villa Cina is located in Kalkan Kiziltas, only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The villa is one of our most popular accommodations due to its proximity to the beach, centre, restaurants and market. It is luxurious and comfortably furnished, offering your family and friends the comfort of home. The private swimming pool offers a magnificent view of the bay of Kalkan.

Living room: In the living area you will find a comfortable suite, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, DVD player.

Kitchen: the kitchen is modernly built in American style and has a dining area, breakfast bar, fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, water dispenser, electric kettle, toaster etc... 

Dimensions of the pool: 10 m. x 4 m., the depth is 1,60 m.

Pool and garden: The garden has a private pool, sunbeds, parasols, dining area and barbecue.

Bedroom 1: double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and Jacuzzi.

Bedroom 5: One double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Note: All bedrooms have bathrooms and toilets.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 10.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
