Villa Brook 

Villa Brook is a 2 bed villa located in Kalkan Ulugöl Region, sheltered in nature. It is located in nature and has a quiet environment. It has been carefully decorated with comfortable items and all the details have been considered for you, our guests. Villa Brook's pool terrace is sheltered and not visible from the outside. You can have a pleasant time with the table football and swing on the pool terrace.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a nightstand, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 4 meters X 12 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : A cleaning fee of 1250 TL is required for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Brook is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
