Villa Botanik

Villa Botanik is a 3 bedroom rental villa located only 2 Km away from the world famous Patara Beach. The 2 bedrooms of the villa are suites with a jacuzzi. Modernly decorated villa with indoor heated or cooled pool, fireplace, Turkish bath and sauna. 1 bedroom has sea view. It is a suitable villa for conservative families and couples.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-stove, electric kettle, 12-person dinner set, various kitchen equipment.

Living Room: There is a fireplace, sitting group, open kitchen, dining table with island stove, satellite receiver, TV, Netflix, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner in the comfortable living room. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It has a partial sea view.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It has sea view.

Pool Dimensions

Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 5 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 meters x 1.18 meters wide and 0.90 cm deep.

Garden: There are fruit trees and tasteful landscape design in the garden of the villa, which offers wide areas of use. There are 4 separate sitting and dining tables, barbecue facilities and common use washbasin in the garden. Children are also considered, and there is a seesaw, swing, darts, table tennis and love swing in the garden. Parking is available in the inner garden.

Note:  Internal pool heating fee is 450 TL per day

For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1.300 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
