Villa Beyaz Duo

Villa Beyaz Duo is a rental villa located in Kızıltaş district of Kalkan town. There is a private pool on the terrace of the villa with sea view. The pool is sheltered and cannot be seen from the outside. This rental villa, which has every detail you need for an unforgettable holiday, can be rented together with Villa Sultan for more crowded groups. The suite room includes a round bed, indoor pool with heated jacuzzi. Villa Beyaz Duo has unique sea and nature views of the region and offers you a pleasant holiday.

Kitchen: The fully equipped American kitchen has a water dispenser, cutlery, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, built-in oven, electric kettle, toaster, pans and pots, 10-person dinner set and dining table. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD Player, air conditioner and washbasin in the modern designed living room. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the lounge with sea view.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and air conditioning in the room. There is a private bathroom and toilet. From inside the room, exit is made per pool.

2nd Bedroom: A room with a balcony with sea view, 1 double round bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet and jacuzzi heated indoor pool.

3rd Bedroom: The room with balcony with sea view has 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and air conditioning. It has a private bathroom.

4th Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and air conditioning in the room. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and air conditioning in the room. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

It is 12.50 meters x 3.70 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

It is 4 meters x 2 meters wide and 1 meter deep.

Garden: The private garden and pool of the villa is maintained by the staff every day. There is a barbecue, dining table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers in the private terrace.

Note: For stays of 5 nights or less, an extra 1500 TL short stay fee is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 2500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
