Villa Berlin Akbel is a two bedroom sheltered honeymoon and conservative family villa located in Akbel District. It has a modern and concept design. You can enjoy the silence of the day and the sun in Villa Berlin Akbelde, which is intertwined with nature. Conservative honeymoon villa with Sea View.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1 Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters X 4 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

A fee of 1.750 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Berlin Akbel is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
