Villa Beril Akbel

Villa Beril Akbel was built in an elevated area close to the center of Kalkan. You can accompany the wonderful view of Kalkan with the infinity pool in our villa with 2 bedrooms, jacuzzi and children's pool.

Cuisine: In modern American cuisine; refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner, oven, electric kettle (kettle), microwave oven, pots and plates, dinnerware, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses.

Living Room: The lounge, which has a view of the pool and the sea, has a sofa set, dining table for 4, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a wide glass sliding door in order to be able to reach the pool terrace from the living room.

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. You can go to the pool terrace from this room, which has a pool and sea view.

2nd Bedroom: The room has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is requested for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Beril Akbel is 4.000 TL. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
