Villa Aylin

Villa Aylin is a 1-bedroom, sheltered honeymoon villa with partial sea view, located in Kalkan Lapaz Region, with a capacity of 2 people. The interior of Villa Aylin has been carefully designed for you and has 1 jacuzzi and an indoor swimming pool. Our villa with a sheltered pool terrace is an ideal option for honeymooners and small families.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle (kettle), toaster, dinnerware, various kitchen utensils.

Living Room:  The comfortable living room includes a seating group, open kitchen, stove, dining table, satellite receiver, TV, Netflix, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

Outdoor Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 2.5 meters X 1.75 meters wide, 1.00 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

The last 100 m of the road leading to our villa is the stabilized road.
An extra 400 TL per night is charged for the indoor pool heating system.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 1,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
