Villa Aura, our villa with nature and sea view is located in Kalkan Kalamar region. Villa Aura, one of our 2 villas, has 3 bedrooms and provides accommodation for up to 6 people. You can increase the accommodation capacity up to 12 people by renting Villa Aura together with its sister villa Villa Aura Duo. It is our villa where you can provide transportation with a very comfortable and easy location. It is within walking distance to places such as market and greengrocer. Villa Aura, which has a large garden and pool terrace, offers pleasant opportunities to its valued guests. The pool and garden terrace have a sitting group, sun loungers, parasols and swings, and you can discover all the unique colors of Kalkan all day long with the sea view it has. In our villa, our guests are in the parking lot for their vehicles. We invite you to Villa Aura for a pleasant holiday experience with your family and loved ones.

Kitchen : There are many kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinnerware in the modern American kitchen.

Living Room : In the very comfortable living room, you can access facilities such as a TV, coffee table, air conditioner, together with a luxury sitting group. There is also an exit to the pool terrace.

Note : A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Aura is 6.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information : Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned and delivered in detail.

Transportation : Our villas are located far from the city center, in a structure intertwined with nature. In this situation, unfortunately, public transportation service support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to support our guests who want to transfer or rent a car. For our guests who will prefer the airline, the closest airport to the location of our villas is the Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
