Villa Asena, Located in Kalkan İkizce Region, our villa with a 1-bedroom and 2-person accommodation capacity in greenery with nature view, pool terrace and garden are in a conservative form and offer an ideal holiday opportunity for you, our honeymoon couples and nuclear families.

Cuisine : In modern American cuisine; There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner cooker, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, and knives.

Living Room: There is a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, TV, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Note: 1000 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

The last 1.5 km leading to our villa is a stabilized road.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Asena is 2000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
