Villa Artun, Located in Kalkan Akbel Region, Villa Artun, which has 3 bedrooms with sea view and an accommodation capacity of 6 people, is decorated with modern colors and also has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Our villa, which has a children's pool for the children of our guests who have children on the side of the outdoor pool, offers an ideal holiday opportunity for honeymooners and nuclear families.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and dinnerware for 8 people.

Living Room: The living room, which has a view of the pool and the sea, has a seating group, a dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There are two single beds, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Note:

A short stay fee of 5000 TL is required for rentals under 7 nights.

Indoor pool heating is included in the prices between March 1 - April 30 and 1 November - December 31.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Artun is 5000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
