Villa Altes 5

Villa Altes 5 is located in the Ortaalan region of Kalkan. The villa is a 5-minute walk from the city center, allowing easy access to markets and restaurants. Villa Altes 5, Villa Altes 2, Villa Altes 3 and Villa Altes 6, built in the same area, are built on three floors and are positioned so as not to obstruct each other's views. Badminton net and rackets are also available.

Villa Altes 5 has an elevator and is suitable for our guests with physical difficulties. The kitchen on the lower floor and the two-storey high living area open to the pool and sea view. The villa provides comfortable holiday opportunities to its guests with its luxurious design.

Kitchen: In Villa Altes 5's modern American kitchen, microwave oven, dispenser, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-hob, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dinner set for 12 people. , spoon and fork set and glasses.

There is a dining table and a seating area for 8 people. Downstairs there is also a utility room with an iron and ironing board and a guest bathroom.

Hall: In the spacious living room with wooden texture, there is air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, iron and ironing board and washbasin. The hall is on the pool floor and there is a direct exit from the lounge to the pool.

On the upper floor there is a large viewing terrace for relaxation and sunbathing. There is a sitting group, table and chair in this area.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom, bathtub and toilet. It opens to a large terrace with sea and mountain views.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It has sea view and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet are on the living room floor. It is located on the pool floor and has a door opening to the pool.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. You can go to the large terrace with sea and mountain views.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Altes-5 is 2.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
