Villa Ale

Villa Ale is a luxury holiday villa whose construction has been completed in 2020 in Kalkan Kördere. It has 3 bedrooms and all rooms have jacuzzi and television. You can have a wonderful holiday with its luxurious design, modern furniture and breathtaking view. It is suitable for conservative families and honeymoon couples with its sheltered pool terrace. For larger groups, you can rent the upper villa together with Villa Ale Duo.

Kitchen: Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, oven, 4-hob, dining table, dinner set and kitchen equipment.

Living Room: Seating group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, iron and ironing board, coffee table and pool access can be made in the sea view hall.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: There is a private pool with a width of 12 meters X4 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters. There are sunbeds, umbrellas, barbecue, dining table and chairs by the pool.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is requested for 7 nights or less.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Ale is 10.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
