Villa Akra is a 2-bedroom villa for rent in the Çavdır Region of Kalkan with a capacity of 4 people. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has been made ready for you. The surroundings of Villa Akra are surrounded by fences, and there is also a swing in the garden and a mini playground for children, making it fun. Villa Akra offers an ideal option for honeymooners and families of 4 or groups of friends.

Kitchen: The fully designed American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, coffee and water glasses and cooking utensils. takes.

Living Room : The simple and plain living room has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Akra is 2,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
