Villa Akkurt is a one bedroom rental honeymoon villa in Kalkan Islamlar area. It is positioned in nature and has a magnificent view. You can have a sheltered pool terrace and spend a holiday away from foreign eyes.

Kitchen: In the spacious and modern designed American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, 4-stove, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen equipment and 6-person dinner set.

Living Room: The comfortable living room has a sofa set, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 4 people, access to the pool terrace and extra w / c.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, tv, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. You can go to the pool terrace.

NOTE: Weekly rental fee between 12 - 31 May is 5.950 TL.

Weekly rental fee between 20 June - 5 September is 8.400 TL.

Weekly rental fee between 6 - 19 September is 7.700 TL.

Weekly rental fee between 20 - 30 September is 7.000 TL.

A cleaning fee of 250 TL is required for stays less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Akkurt is 500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
