Villa Rental from Kalkan Villa

After marking the dates you want to check in on the calendar in the section containing the content of the villa or apartment you want to rent, you will reach the reservation form of the villa by clicking the COMPLETE BOOKING button. It is important to leave a gap of 4 or 7 days between other reservations of the villa or apartment you have chosen, or to check-in and check-out on the same day. When you first mark the date you want, you will reach the price for 3 nights, or we can reach the prices of the dates you want to stay by selecting your dates from the calendar at the bottom of the price section.

Afterwards, you can see the price of the villa you want to rent for the date of your stay and the amount of down payment that needs to be paid (20-35% of the total amount).

When you click on the 'SEND' tab after filling out the Reservation Form incompletely, the information on the reservation page that appears will be filled in and your pre-reservation request will be sent to us. After reviewing your request, our sales team immediately contacts you (via phone, WhatsApp and e-mail) and sends you the necessary payment documents to confirm your pre-booking request.

After your payment is collected, your reservation confirmation for the villa you will be staying in will be sent via e-mail and phone.
