Villa Günbatımı Üzümlü is a 3 bedroom, 6 person accommodation capacity holiday villa with an infinity pool in the nature, located in Kalkan Uzumlu Region. The interior of the Villa Sunset Uzumlu has been designed as modern and colorful, and at the same time, all the details have been considered for you. There are swings, barbecues and outdoor furniture on the pool terrace of our villa, and it has made its surroundings sheltered together with its garden. Our villa, which has sea and city views, offers an ideal holiday opportunity for nuclear families and couples.

Kitchen : The spacious and modern designed American kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen equipment and a dinner set for 6 people.

Living Room : The living room, where you can sit comfortably, has a luxury seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 4 people, exit to the pool terrace and extra wc.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Günbatımı Üzümlü is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
